1 Eligibility & Medical Disclaimer

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products.
• Not Medical Advice: The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. It does not replace professional in-person dental examinations.
• Dental Consultation: By submitting your dental records, you agree to enter into a treatment coordination relationship with independent licensed dental professionals who review your case through Precision Dental Studio.

2 Accounts and Order Information

• Account Security: You must provide accurate information when making an enquiry or placing an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.
• Accuracy of Impressions: You agree to follow all instructions carefully when taking your dental impressions or submitting photos. Inaccurate impressions will lead to ineffective treatment, and we are not liable for poor results caused by faulty user submissions.

3 Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Authorisation: You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases made through the Site or directly with our team.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom, medical nature of clear aligners, all sales are final once manufacturing begins at Precision Dental Studio. Mid-course corrections may be offered if your teeth do not track properly, subject to clinical review by your dentist.

4 User Conduct & Content

• Prohibited Uses: You may not use our Site for fraudulent purposes, upload harmful code, or scrape our content.
• User Content Licence: By uploading your dental photos or submitting testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for treatment evaluation and, with your explicit separate consent, for marketing purposes.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, text, graphics, aligner design layouts, and brand names — is the property of ClearSet Caribbean and is protected by copyright and applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" without explicit guarantees of final dental alignment results, as biological responses to treatment vary by individual.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, ClearSet Caribbean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the aligners. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product.

7 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago, situated in Port of Spain.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
